Lwaluhle Holdings | Female-owned Construction Company

The company was established in 2014, by Miss Siphosethu Mvelase.

She saw a need for more female-owned construction companies, with the obvious challenges mainly being a male-dominated industry. Miss Mvelase understood the challenge of being able to sell her business by convincing clients to trust her company and accept business proposals.

Lwaluhle Holdings has been able to grow within the industry in these few years it has started working. The company has gained the confidence from their clients and this has stimulated the growth of the company.

The health and safety of our staff is of most important to Lwaluhle Holdings therefore we put 100% in ensuring that a safe working environment is meet at all times on site.

The company has employed two contract managers that work effectively with projects, two foremen, four skilled labours and four unskilled labours depending on the nature of work. A safety officer is always on-site to make sure that rules and regulations are followed.

Lwaluhle Holding proudly supports black business, youth and especially women. We are BEE compliant. Lwaluhle Holdings is registered on the CIDB database as a class 4CE contractor and have successfully completed many projects over the four years.
